Guide to San Francisco Bay Area Creeks Garrity Creek Watershed, 1895The perennial South Fork of Garrity Creek originates in El Sobrante, and runs past Hilltop Mall before flowing into San Pablo Bay east of Point Pinole in the Montalvin neighborhood. The more intermittent North Fork has its origins in Pinole.
