Ward & Dry Creeks Watershed

The Ward & Dry Creeks Watershed includes:
Old Alameda Creek

The flood control channel for Alameda Creek turns south away from the historic lower Alameda Creek just upstream of Hwy. 880. The old channel, and its tributary, Ward Creek, continue to carry urban runoff from southern Hayward and the Alvarado district of Union City.
